Party Politics
The quickest and easiest way to get involved in politics is through a political party. It is important to realise that no single political party will be entirely representative of your views, it is best to look at each political party and then join the one which suits your ideology. The first step is to join the party and from there on you could seek to be as active or inactive as you like - you might want to go to meetings and to the party conference or you may just happy to be a supporter in terms of numbers and/or finance.
